What you're buying
The Redundancy Rights Pack: a final-pay checklist, a deed-of-release decoder, a timeline planner, what-to-say scripts, a red-flags list, and a where-next directory. A$29 one-off, AUD GST incl. No subscription, no upsells.
What you're not buying
- Not legal advice, not financial advice, not an assessment of your entitlements.
- Not a lawyer, not a representative: FairExit doesn't act for you or negotiate for you.
- The free NES tables and calculator stay free regardless of whether the paid pack survives its launch gate.
Refunds
No change-of-mind refunds. ACL guarantees apply: our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Not advice
FairExit provides general information only. The NES figures are [verified 2026-10-04] and must be re-verified quarterly; if the verification date has passed, treat them as stale. For real decisions, contact the Fair Work Ombudsman on 13 13 94 or a lawyer.
